User Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated July 21, 2026

If you want your account data removed from PraxAMS, use the steps below. These instructions are suitable for users who signed in directly or through a social provider such as Facebook.

Option 1. Request deletion through your organization

If your account belongs to a school, teacher, or organization workspace, contact the organization administrator first. They may need to remove or disable your account from the organization before deletion can be completed.

Option 2. Request deletion through support

Send a deletion request using the email address linked to your account. Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as your full name, email address, organization name, and whether you used Google, Facebook, or Microsoft sign-in.

What to include in the request

  • Your full name
  • Your account email address
  • Your organization or school name, if applicable
  • The sign-in method used, such as email/password or Facebook Login
  • A short statement that you want your account and related personal data deleted

What happens after a deletion request

We may verify your identity before processing the request. Once confirmed, we will delete or anonymize account data that we are able to remove, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or school recordkeeping reasons.

Social login unlinking

If you used Facebook Login, deleting your PraxAMS account removes the local account data stored by this platform, but it does not automatically delete your Facebook account. You can also remove the app connection from your Facebook settings.

Expected timing

Most deletion requests should be reviewed and processed within a reasonable support timeframe, although requests that involve organization-managed records or billing reviews may take longer.
